RESERVATION POLICY:
As at 31st March 2005.
Subject to change without notification.
At the time
of the reservation being made, a credit card
number will be required to secure the room.
Reservations for Fridays, Saturdays and
Public Holidays will require a $50.00
deposit.
Public
Holiday Surcharge: $20.00 per room.
If a credit
card number is not available, we request a
$50 deposit to be sent to us by cheque or
money order. This is payable within 7 days
of the reservation being made.
Reservations without deposits will be
cancelled at 6pm on the day of arrival.
If the
guest wishes to pay for all charges by cash
during their stay, all accommodation must be
paid up front during check in and a $100
Security Deposit left with reception. The
Security Deposit is fully refundable during
check out, once the account is settled.
Deposits
are refundable if 48hrs notice has been
given.
Late Check
Outs: 11am is the latest check out on a
Saturday Morning. Please do not ask for a
later time.
½ Day
Rates: 5 hours is the maximum for a ½ days -
$100.00. If longer time is required, a full
nights accommodation rate will be charged. A
valid credit card will be required at the
time if check in. If paying cash,
accommodation must be paid up front plus a
$100 Security Deposit.
Refunds:
minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a
full refund. Refunds are only paid by
cheque. Please notify whom the cheque is to
be made out to with a current address at the
time of cancellation.
