RESERVATION POLICY

Subject to change without notification.
- A Credit
Card number is required at time of
reservation to secure the booking
- If a credit
card number is not available, we request a
$50 deposit to be sent to us by cheque or
money order. This is payable within 7 days
of the reservation being made.
- If the
guest wishes to pay for all charges by cash
during their stay, all accommodation must be
paid up front during check in and a $100
Security Deposit left with reception. The
Security Deposit is fully refundable during
check out, once the account is settled.

Reservations incorporating one or all of the
following require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
of $50.00 for cancellations made within 7
days of check in date - Fridays,
Saturdays and Public Holidays
- Public
Holiday Surcharge: $20.00 per room.

Reservations without deposits will be
cancelled at 6pm on the day of arrival.
- Deposits
are refundable if 48 hrs notice has been
given providing they are not governed by the
weekend, public holiday policy.
- Late
Check Outs: 11am is the latest check out
on a Saturday Morning. Please do not ask for
a later time.
- Please ask
our Specialist Events Co-ordinator about
accommodation discounts with your next
booking.
- Refunds:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for
a full refund. Refunds are only paid by
cheque. Please notify whom the cheque is to
be made out to with a current address at the
time of cancellation.
- Please
note we are unable to offer half day or
hourly room rates
